In 2017 the Philadelphia Marathon Team created a new course for the Half Marathon with almost ten miles in the city. This new course takes runners through most of the same historic areas and iconic neighborhoods that Philadelphia has to offer. The new Half Marathon course is the most unique and exciting Half Marathon course in the city.

We accept cash, check, and credit cards on race day. PLEASE NOTE - Your swag size is not guaranteed for those who register on race day.

Ever wanted to sprint around a golf course? Now’s your chance, and you’ll help raise funds for St. Josephs Hospital and Medical Center and Barrow Neurological Institute. There are two routes - the Front 9 which is 5k and the Full 18 which will give you 8k. The race is run on the carts paths.

About the race

Holland Haven Marathon runners experience the beautiful coast of Lake Michigan as they travel from Grand Haven to Holland. This USATF certified, point-to-point marathon follows Lakeshore Drive past the summer cottages right into downtown Holland. The early September weekend allows for mild weather and a final opportunity to qualify for the Boston Marathon. Boston qualifying hopefuls can make the cut only one day before registration opens.
