Description

RunStock will be a full runners’ weekend at Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks. Choose from a 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon, or 48 hour ultramarathon.

All races will start and end at Camp Red Bud in Lake of the Ozarks State Park.  Cabins are available at no charge on a first come, first serve basis. When we aren’t running, we will be having fun with music, games, food, and jokes!

Due to the location of the camp and the trail layout at the park, all courses are on paved roads.  This is not a trail race.

Tentative schedule of events:

*Note: Because the ultra is going on throughout the weekend, there is no time limit on any races, other than you must be done by 5:00pm Sunday.  Take 46 hours to finish the 5k if you want, we don’t mind!  Maybe you can find a creative way to complete it in that time frame.
