Full Marathon Course: 7 laps of 3.62 miles plus an out and back of .86 miles at the beginning.

Half Marathon Course: 3 laps of 3.62 miles plus an out and back of 2.24 miles at the beginning.

This race will take place at Back Cove Park in Portland, Maine (See Map at: Lat: 43.664251, Lon: -70.266602).The race is run on a dirt path that encircles Back Cove, an arm of the sea. We will set up about 5am for registration.

Both races will start at 6am, and will finish when the last runner crosses the finish line. There will be one aid station set up at the Start/Finish line. You will run around Back Cove Lake, about 3.62 miles, 3 times for Half Marathoners and 7 times for Full Marathoners. We will have a short out and back at the beginning to complete each distance. There is only one dirt path around Back Cove, so you shouldn’t be able to get lost.
